I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, engulfed in forest-like settings that add a nice touch of nature. However, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms can be quite uncomfortable, especially during hot days. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the service felt a bit untrained at times. It's definitely a good place for a relaxing getaway, but a few improvements could make it outstanding.
